Return My Rightfully Inherited Trust Estate

Dear Creditors:

My bills WILL NOT BE PAID until my rightfully inherited estate of $100k is restored to me and the perpetrators have been indicted for grand theft larceny. I have filed numerous claims at all levels in the American “courts of justice” only to be ignored.

It is unfortunate that I am unable to rid myself of U.S. Government assistance after over a decade of extensive labor. Although there have been excessive damages that have included massive human right violations, you would think that the least the U.S. Government could do is throw me a bone.

While U.S. Government reprisals continue to escalate, I also request that those who do have a concern for my safety to please do not fret for I am the PROPERTY of the U.S. Government of which they have chosen to use as a constant human battering instrument for all to lock up and torture.

For those who have requested to pray for me, I say this: Please use that gracious moment to pray for yourselves as it is quite obvious by the disclosures on this website, there is no hope for me.

Kini's Vision Of Heaven

This is how I describe heaven:

After G-d gave Moses the Ten Commandments, in the Old Testament, there were altogether 613 rules, regulations, and laws. The people complained then.

At first, we had the major laws that most people know by heart today, the Ten Commandments. Our future has evolved into agencies of branches with breakdowns of BILLIONS of little policies, rules, regulations, and sub-laws and laws from those ten. I have named just a few that include:

• Consumer divisions that regulates identity theft, fraud, scams, recalls, credit reports, complaints, debt...
• Defense and International Military that regulates the military, international affairs, trade, embassies, visas, immigration...
• Environment, energy, and agriculture for weather, farms, solar, gas, electricity, recycling, natural resources...
• Family, home, and community for housing, human services, community development...
• Health and nutrition for medical, health care, insurance, diet, food stamps, fitness, public health...
• History, arts, and culture for museums, libraries, genealogy, ethnic traditions...
• Jobs and education for employment, career, workplace, labor, school, students, teachers...
• Money and taxes for unclaimed government money, credit, saving, retirement...
• Public safety and law that includes crime, prison, law enforcement, disasters, emergencies...
• Reference and general government for libraries, forms, government news, laws, photos, maps, research...
• Science and technology for space, biology, Internet security, media, phone, radio, patents...
• Travel and recreation for transportation, air, train, international, tourism...and many, many, more.

It is difficult to understand the simplicity of the term "[t]reat our neighbors the way we want to be treated" so we need lawyers to help us define the many laws that affect us today. However, NO ONE can keep G-d's laws perfectly no matter how hard we try. According to scripture, there was an exception to the rule, controversily, Jesus was the only One who kept the law perfectly. And, since He still reigns today, He keeps all of these billions of laws perfectly as well.

We should all strive for perfection in all that we do. Here is why:

Suppose you had a window. The window was passed by the state and federal agencies authorized to approve of such glass. It is a wonderful window and seemingly perfect. But, if you look closely, there are flaws. You can place the window in the window sill and it may appear to be perfect, but amazingly, it is not. There may be tiny areas of drafts. However, by grace it serves it's purpose.

Then, let's say, everybody tosses a tiny pebble at it. Little by little the window starts to erode eventually caving in so that it no longer serves it's purpose.

It is the same with every single thing of all the agencies stated above, the trees with it's insects, the ocean and the environmental hazards, the ecosystem and it's cycles of life...But, get this. In heaven, everything will be perfect. Every leaf on a tree, the river water, the fish and other creatures. Every single detail of every single thing on this earth will be absolutely perfect without a single blemish. That's pretty darn awesome if you ask me.

Dear Bully Survivors:

The following words from our L-rd have always been the most comforting words that prevent me from acting out in rage in my righteous indignation:

Thus says the L-rd:

“Woe to those who decree unrighteous decrees, who write misfortune, which they have prescribed to rob the needy of justice, And to take what is right from the poor of My people, That widows may be their prey, And that they may rob the fatherless.” (Isaiah 10:1-2)

“For His eyes are on the ways of man, And he sees all his steps. There is no darkness nor shadow of death Where the workers of iniquity may hide themselves. For He need not consider a man, That he should go before G-d in judgment.”

He breaks in pieces mighty men without inquiry, And sets others in their place. Therefore He knows their works; He overthrows them in the night, And they are crushed. He strikes them as wicked men In the open sight of others, Because they turned back from Him, And would not consider any of His ways, So that they caused the cry of the poor to come to Him; For He hears the cry of the afflicted. (Job 34:21-28)

Thus says your L-rd, The L-rd and your G-d, Who pleads the cause of His people, “See, I have taken out of your hand The cup of trembling, The dregs of the cup of My fury; You shall no longer drink it. But I will put it into the hand of those who afflict you, Who have said to you, ‘Lie down, that we may walk over you.’ And you have laid your body like the ground, And as the street, for those who walk over,” (Isaiah 51:22-23)

These words are so true. Any vengence that you act out, will be nothing compared to the plans G-d has for your bullies! And, no matter where you are, no matter if your bullies have you isolated far away where no one can hear you or you have no communication. He promises that “in the open sight” you will find out what he has done to your bullies!

Here are only a few of G-d’s promises that I have seen fulfilled:

1. The City, County, and Courthouse of Napa, California that prescribed me a serious decree of injustice suffered a massive earthquake on Labor Day, 2001. (The decree was of such a serious nature that it completely incapacitated my livelihood)

2. Also, as a result of the above decree of injustice, I had to suffer massive amounts of physical and emotional abuse from other bullies that occurred from hostile living environments. On July 11, 2002, I was again forced to stand trial in a kangaroo court and accept another decree of injustice.

The kangaroo courts were of such mockery that:

3. On July 23, 2002, G-d allows a lumber semi-truck to lose control, crashing into a Cinema and a car lot, plowing into a string of new SUV's. Tragically, a Susanville woman was sent flying 60 feet in the air.

4. The Judge’s Court Bailiff died on July 30, 2002 at age 31.

5. The Lassen County District Attorney Bob Burns suffered a broken leg as a result of an Idaho motorcycle accident on August 3, 2002.

6. Abramoff also is awaiting sentencing for corrupting government officials and their staff members. He made a name for himself on Capitol Hill by lavishing politicians with football tickets or whisking them away on faraway golf junkets, and thus became the face of government corruption. This contributed to the Republican party's Election Day defeats nationwide...Also under scrutiny are Rep. John Doolittle, R-Calif., who accepted campaign money from Abramoff and used the lobbyist's luxury sports box for a fundraiser without initially reporting it, and former Deputy Interior Secretary Steven Griles, who senators and a former colleague said gave preferential treatment to Abramoff and his Indian tribe clients.

I had gone to Doolittle many times asking for help!


3. Finally, as a result of another injustice in the more “sophisticated” Federal kangaroo courts on February 28, 2005 the husband and mother of U.S. District Judge Joan Humphrey Lefkow were shot and killed by a man who this “Christian” judge handed down "one of those rulings all the time”

(You remember, U.S. District Court Judge Craig Kellison, the day I was sitting on the floor in your Federal courthouse)

4. Let us not forget the storms, tornadoes, landslides, and avalanches that hit California throughout February 2005. The one, in particular, that caused the Wallets home to landslide, killing innocent children. (Innocent people in America have to suffer at the hands of wicked judges who make these decisions and the California and American State Bar Associations who become too lax to get involved and investigate)

5. Or, how about when the Levy broke in the South; New Orleans, Missouri, etc. while I was forced to languish in a Portland jail for the corrupt acts done to me by U.S. Federal Judges.

(Remember how I constantly cried and plead to FEMA for help before that?)

Finally, when your bullies plead for help from G-d, this is what He says in Isaiah 1:12-15:

“When you come to appear before Me, who hath required this at your hand, to tread My courts? Bring no more vain oblations; incense is an abomination unto Me; the new moons and Sabbaths, the calling of assemblies, I cannot away with; it is iniquity, even the solemn meeting. Your new moons and your appointed feasts My soul hateth: they are a trouble unto Me; I am weary to bear them. And when you spread forth your hands, I will hide Mine eyes from you: yea, when ye make many prayers, I will not hear: your hands are full of blood.”

In other words, when your bullies have problems and it is their turn to plead and cry to G-d, their prayers will be a sin to G-d. Their prayers will be a stench in His nose and He will not listen!

And, bully survivors, NEVER LAUGH when your bullies stumble. This is what G-d has to say in Proverbs 1:26-28:

“I also will laugh at your calamity; I will mock when your fear cometh; When your fear cometh as desolation, And your destruction cometh as a whirlwind; When distress and anguish cometh upon you. Then shall they call upon me, but I will not answer; They shall seek me early, but they shall not find me; ”

G-d promises that He will not hear the prayers from bullies. Here are more verses to consider:

Proverbs 28:9 He that turneth away his ear from hearing the law, Even his prayer shall be abomination.

Jer 11:11 Therefore thus saith the Lord, Behold, I will bring evil upon them, which they shall not be able to escape; and though they shall cry unto Me, I will not hearken unto them…

Jer 7:`16 Therefore pray not thou for them, neither make intercession to Me: for I will not hear thee.

Jer 14;11, 12 Then the L-rd said unto me, “Pray not for this People for their good. When they fast, I will not hear their cry; when they make their offerings, I will not accept them: but I will consume them by the sword, and by the famine, and by the pestilence.”

Proverbs 15:29 The L-rd is far from the wicked; But He heareth the prayer of the righteous.

Job 42:8; Jer 16:5

Here is a very special quote from Brother Copeland:

“Persecution is not the manifestation of another person’s hate for you. It’s a manifestation of satan’s fear of you. When you get into the WORD and start swinging it around-using it like the sword of the Spirit it is-he gets scared. So he looks for some person he can send in there to stop you.”

Salome's Last Dance

Take note of how a person dies, and you will see that a person's death usually reflects their sin. Scripture says, "He who takes the sword shall perish by the sword" (Matthew 26:52). Every sin is a sword, and a person is usually run through by the sin he first commits.

Salome, the daughter of Herodias, who asked for, and received the head of St. John the Baptist on a platter from Herod, is an example of this.

Living in Spain, in the town of Lerida, with the exiled Herod and Herodias, one day she started to cross the frozen river Sikaris. The ice broke, and she fell into the water up to her throat. Pieces of ice held her by the throat, and she struggled, dancing with her legs in the water as she once danced in Herod's court. She could neither raise herself nor sink. In the end, a fragment of ice decapitated her. The water carried her body away, and her head was taken on a platter to Herodias, as had earlier been the head of John the Baptist. A terrible death often reflects the sin committed!

As we read in the story above, we need not worry about our oppressors. Eventually, harm will be paid for harm done. The old cliche' "What goes around, comes around" is very much real when it comes to our Father's everlasting promise.

We can read further in Psalms 37:15 of the scripture: "Their sword shall enter into their own heart, and their bows shall be broken".

In an attempt to destroy the Jews, Haman's evil plot was foiled. He constructed a gallow that stood 75 feet tall in his own courtyard. He intended to use it to hang Mordecai, the man who saved the king from assassination. Instead, the plan back fired and Haman was hanged on it. The theme in Psalms 7 is a request for justice against those who make slanderous statements. G-d is the perfect judge and will punish those who persecute the innocent. Alas, vs. 15-16 still remains a promise "[T]hey dig a pit to trap others and then fall into it themselves. They make trouble, but it backfires on them. They plan violence for others, but it falls on their own heads."

The proper response to slander is prayer, not revenge, because G-d says, "I will take vengeance, I will repay those who deserve it" (Romans 12:19; see also Deuteronomy 32:35, 36; Hebrews 10:30).

Instead of striking back, ask G-d to take your case, bring justice, and restore your reputation. When allowed to run it course, evil destroys itself. Violent people become victims of violence, and liars become victims of others' deceit (Ps 9:15, 16). But in the process, innocent people are hurt.

Sometimes G-d intervenes and stops evildoers in their tracks in order to protect his followers. At other times, for reason know only to Him, G-d allows evil to continue even though innocent people are hurt. It is during these times that we must ask G-d to protect us. Remember that G-d will execute final justice, although it may not be during our lifetime.

During a time of great evil and injustice, David was grateful that G-d was just and fair (see vs. 11). When we wonder if anyone is honest or fair, we can be assured that G-d will continue to bring justice and fairness when we involve Him in our activities. If you ever feel that you are being treated unfairly, ask the one who is always fair and just to be with you. Then thank Him for His presence (see Isaiah 43:1-6)
Above all, always remember:

Do Not Rejoice When Your Enemy Falls, And Do Not Let Your Heart Be Glad When He Stumbles Proverbs 24:17
